Trichlorosilane

Trichlorosilane

Trichlorohydrosilicane, also known as trichlorosilane, silicone chloroform, used as the raw material of high molecular organosilicone compounds. Trichlorosilane is not only an important intermediate in the manufacture of silane coupling agent and other organosilicon products, but also the main raw material in the manufacture of polysilicon.
